Rural Reconstruction Organisation  has requisite valid  legal entity Registration, FCRA ,12,80G,PAN, Niti Ayog number and renewed for 5 Yrs.  We have been especially working for the children's of Primitive tribes on ensuring primary education of dropouts /never enrolled and facilitating quality education in 55no. of schools .Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation as schools are closed ,we have started 30no. of Community Based learning Centers where 657 children's are getting education .

In the process of experiential learning ,we have been working in five underprivileged tribal dominated Gram Panchayats  under block Bansapal and Harichandanpur, in the district of Keonjhar, Odisha.

It covers 2357 household directly out of 1099no., 6859 no. of children from Primitive ‘Juang’ tribes. among the targeted beneficiaries are the never enrolled and drop out Children's within the age group 3-14yrs. Our goal is “to ensure reduction of dropout rate with realization of RTE norm in 55 no. of Primary Schools and care for 39 AWCs”. The Challenging factors are …….

1. The People with whom we are working are illiterate and basic education to the children’s is their least priority.
2. Though Govt, has opened some schools but not functioning properly.
3. Dropout/never enrolled rate is high .
4. The School Management Committee members are unknown as they belongs to the SMC .
5. Teachers are irregular, most of the schools are running with single teachers.
6. Attendance of children is poor during functions and festivals .
7. Cooperation from Sarva Sikhsya Abhiyan (SSA) personnel’s very negligible.
8. Quality of education is a dream .

We have been focusing this activity since four years above besides the other activities . But from coming of COVID-19 pandemic situation when schools and Anganwadi Centers remained closed for indefinite period ,we have started 30no. of Community Based learning Centers where the Village Volunteers are imparting education to 657 children's up to 7^th.class at the village level ,which has continued reading habit of the children's & encourage guardians to look in to their children's up keeping education at their home .It is highly praised by district administration and the Guardians .
