Ritham charitable trust is registered under trust rule. It was started with 4 students on 04.02.2004 and now it becomes one of the well known special school in Rajapalayam serving to more than 135 rural underprivileged students. And it has successfully completed its' 17th year. Our Trust gives special education, Physiotherapy, Speech therapy and Occupational therapy to Mentally Challenged Children as well as Multiple Disability Children such as Autism, Down syndrome and Cerebral Palsy.

1.RITHAM SPECIAL SCHOOL

                      Our students are usually mild to severe affected children. Whatever The education and training of these children differs a lot from that of normal children. Their syllabus has to include self-dependence, etiquettes, conversation, everyday activities etc.

2.RITHAM EARLY INTERVENTION CENTRES:

                           It is an educational therapy that helps to equip children with special needs with functional skills like fine motor, cognitive, communication, social, and self-help skills for learning and living. It may begin at any time between birth and school age.

3.RITHAM OUTPATIENT THERAPY DEPARTEMENT:

                               In children with other developmental delays need Physio or Speech or Special Education. It identifies the disability and gives awareness about the disability and prevents the contractures at very early stages.

4.RITHAM VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE:

                               Vocational means that part of continuous and coordinated process of rehabilitation. In our school we already started training program in Data entry and Tailoring.

5.RITHAM LEARNING CENTRE:

              We select mild level students and teach normal school syllabus. After continues effort we try to write the state board syllabus exams like ESLC and SSLC.

 6. RITHAM SHELTERED WORKSHOP:

          Those with moderate disability also can be trained with sustained care but their production and income levels will only commensurate with their residual abilities. So we decided to start Sheltered workshop.

7.   RITHAM AUTISM PROGRAMME:

       We give free Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physiotherapy form the Autism children.
